COVID-19 Fundraising

What I Am Doing

Hello,

My name is Laya Karthikeyan, and I am a junior at Amador Valley High School.

Hope you and your family are doing well and staying safe.

During these challenging times, it is important to help and support frontline hospital workers who are making lots of sacrifice to serve the patients and our communities. By providing them with food, we can help these workers get some much needed rest. We will also be helping local restaurants who are severely affected by COVID-19 social distancing measures.

Frontline Foods

I'm raising funds for Frontline Foods, a non-profit organization who is working with local restaurants and volunteers to deliver food to Frontline hospital workers in the Bay area. It would be appreciated if you could donate any amount of money you can towards this effort. I plan to bundle your donations and then give to Frontline Foods Organization.

You can send your donation using the methods listed below, and I will provide the evidence of the donation.

GOAL: $3000
RAISED: $2530

Face Masks

Given the severe shortage of face masks, I'm making face masks for local hospitals using the money I earned tutoring kids to get supplies, and money from my parents. If you want to donate money for making face masks, I will thankfully accept it.

If you are interested in making face masks, the instructions and materials are listed below.
